What to include
Three things make a fix faster: the name of the game, your device model, and what happened in your own words. If the game shows you a player name or ID, add it. Screenshots help when something looks wrong on screen.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases in our games go through Google Play, and refunds follow the Google Play process described at Google Play refund help. If a purchase did not arrive in the game, write to us and we will make it right.
Account deletion
You can delete your Ironclash account from the settings inside the game, or start the request at ironclash.vinmara.com/delete-account. Deletion removes your account and the data tied to it, as described in the game privacy policy.
